I spoke and met with Matthew Martin. From the beginning he was very professional, friendly, and a great communicator. I had been skeptical when the tree fell on my shed/house that the insurance process would be anything but painful but he proved me wrong. I really couldn't believe how smooth the whole process went. Hi Melissa, thanks for reaching out. The number of days that a customer has to make a payment until their policy is cancelled can vary by state and policy type. Customers will receive a notice in the mail from Patriot Insurance if their policy could be cancelled due to non-payment, which will also state the cancellation date and when payment must be received. We encourage you to contact our Billing team at (800) 234-1133 x 2214 or your independent agent, who can help confirm when your payment is due and assist with any questions or concerns about your policy.
