Great location, schools and my kids love seeing and playing with the neighborhood doggies! The office and maintenance staff are doing their best to keep it an inviting community.

Easily the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. What a relief to leave this place and the headaches that came with living there. Multiple times payments weren’t accounted for. We even got an eviction notice only for them to be like oh we see you did pay our bad. If you’re someone that actually works hard for their money, do yourself a favor and spend it elsewhere.

I rented an apt via virtual views due to the pandemic. So my choices were somewhat narrowed. But when I signed the lease and finally seen the apt it was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. I would have liked to have had more sunlight coming in via an East window and maybe a small patio to sit outside when its warm. I am glad they accepted pets because its hard but understandable why some places dont. My pets are seniors and would be very hard to give up. The pool and fitness center, no yard work, no snow shoveling make the rent worthwhile for me a senior citizen.

Apartment has been great so far. Had an issue with the lever breaking on my toilet and someone was here within 30 minutes to fix it during the night. Impressed with the speed of emergency maintenance and have had no other issues to speak of.
