Great selection of HO scale locomotives, rolling stock and everything in-between. I will say that they never fulfilled a couple pre-orders I placed and refused to reply to calls and emails. It's the only local store and there love for gossip and false accusations left me having to take my almost daily and sizeable receipt totals to online stores.

Excellent selection of terrain and scenery supplies. That is what brought me to the store when I learned about it. I am a war gamer who builds scale model dioramas. Their selection of paints, and scenery supplies is excellent and the prices are good. Nice people. I will definitely make this my place for scenery.

Not just one of the few remaining brick-and-mortar hobby shops in Maine specializing in trains, but a very good one. The owner and staff are pleasant and helpful, and they have a good variety of new and old stock. So if you want to run it through some old stuff it's there, if you want the newest high-end stuff it's there too, and all reasonably priced. Also, very Covid-compliant!

As good as it gets. The owner is knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my novice questions. The inventory is very impressive, running the gamut from the tiny screws needed to fix trucks, all the way up to high end prototype locomotives. Their supply of Walther's products for layouts is very impressive. Prices are about the same as you pay ordering from the big online model RR sites. He also has used stuff in surprisingly good shape and for prices that are unbeatable. I bought two detailed Bangor and Aroostook boxcars I'd been wanting for $10 -- chintzier new versions, if you can even find them, run twice that for one. I'm just all-around impressed. As I told the owner, I found my newest favorite place to spend my money.

Not sure? It's worth giving them a call. I have no doubt that they will be happy to help!
Hi Robert. We deal with mainly brand new HO scale model trains. We do occasionally get in collections of older items however I do not have any American Flyer S scale at the moment. I suggest contacting york village marketplace, or norms O scale trains. They may have some. If there is ever new items youre looking for in that scale we can possibly order it. thank you! Tim
