It's been 2 weeks since I went to my appointment and my health plan still hasn't received authorization for a medication I've been taking for more than 2 years. Nobody in this office really cares about the consequences of not having pain medication. Simply for not wanting to fax the authorization to the health plan. The treatment of patients is horrible.

The office staff is super RUDE!!! Robert at the front desk actually hung up on me, and Shannon was annoyed because I had questions for the prescriber on a new medication that they prescribed. You are supposed to titrate up and they did not give me a titration package, they gave me the next dose up. I have called and left 2 message with no calls back from the prescribers, it have been 1 1/2 weeks since this medication was prescribed to me! I always feel like I am bothering them, and they look down on you! I have fibromyalgia and I keep all of my appointments, I don't call in early saying i ran out of my meds either! No respect for their patients

Might not be just call them but if they gave you an. Appointment for that day then yes
As much as current law allows. But it is a bit of an intake process. I think they are probably the most responsive doctors I have.
No you need to be evaluated first and drug tested then you come back a week later after you do that and figure out the plan
