Positive: We love the king size beds and the set up of the room. The staff from the front desk to the ladies that clean the room we¿re all so helpful and kind. Negative: The only problem we had was the first room we were put in the air conditioning did not Work. However we were quickly placed into a room that was perfect.

Positive: The rooms are very nicely decorated. Other than the size of the room, it did not feel like a cookie cutter typical hotel room. Linens were comfortable. Negative: The only issue was the ice machines were all empty. There was a large group of youth sports teams traveling and I am sure they took all of the ice for ice chests.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and restful. When we extended our stay, they made sure that our room key wouldn't expire, as just one example. Very thoughtful, helpful, answered all our questions, and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding and very much appreciated, as my girlfriend's mother had just passed, and we were overwhelmed.

Nice facility. Although I signed up to become a NEW Hilton's reward member an booked a 2night stay, it was not brought to my attention that the breakfast was not included in my rate although it wouldn't have been a big deal to pay the extra for the rate that included the breakfast, upon arrival as I signed in and got my key(s) to my room proceed to my soom. But they had already checked someone in that room which was on the 3rd floor so they assigned me an my family of 5 to another room which was good but now it's on the 7th floor. Like said in the beginning the facility was nice but my first time experience not so much. So I cut my time short an took my business else where.

I don't see why not. However, I'm sure the rate would not change. You'd only check out earlier than normal.
