Typically 1-2 hours, if it's colder outside it may take a bit longer. Also if we use any of our urine removal treatment that can take up to 7 days to dry
They definitely clean carpets and as for The carpet stretching They have a Carpet Stretching guy that they refer people to
They can sanitize furniture I'm pretty sure
