Man it's hard to leave 4 stars, but the customer service was good. The 'Extra Crispy' was way over cooked or sat for a while. I used to really love KFC, but the quality at this location isn't wonderful. It's just not what it used to be.

I prefer KFC to Churches.. but tonight.. the meal was horrible. The chicken was burnt and extremely greasy... and the meat was really tough. When I order here I end up spending 50-70 dollars a meal.. the Mac and cheese had a solvent/cleaner taste which was also present in the Cole slaw.. im not eating it now.. is that safe to injest??? I'm guessing they didn't properly rinse the equipment they use to prepare with whatever solvent soap they clean with.. My stomach is turning.. No.. im not satisfied.. and for what I just paid? I want my money back.

Well, how do I do this without sounding like a complainer? The staff was friendly. The organizational skills need work. When you order chicken from a chicken place and they tell you they don't have what you need...we had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking. We took whatever they had available.

Employees actually raced to lock doors and switch off open signage as I was reaching for the handle a full two hours before posted closing times. Claimed they have been closing early for the past month, and still have not posted any notice of any kind (yet there is a holiday schedule taped to the door).
