The unprofessionalism and customer care is terrible. The receptionist has terrible manners, and is eager to take the payment and give zero service. She makes the place feel like its a total scam. She hangs up the phone on you. I hope the doctor reads this review and the others that are being written about her staff. Unfortunately that is why going to the neighborhood doctor has such a stigma and people prefer traveling to the city.
