I called to inquire if they carried USDA Prime steak. The first staff member didn’t know what that was and the second hesitated then said yes. When I visited, I bought a 10lb T-bone steak that the staff reassured me was USDA Prime. I dry aged it for a month and was surprised to taste bland USDA Select quality meat. Never again. You’ve lost lucrative business.

I cannot believe how much this place has changed and not for the better. The workers and possibly the owner as well shows favoritism and skips over customers who are waiting patiently to be served; all of this while the ticket-numbering machine is out of order. I will do my best to not spend anymore of my hard earned $$ in a place where being skipped over especially after asking to be helped is a common practice. What a shame!!!
