Clean well maintained around the areas.

Great staff great community, plenty of handicap parking and handicap accessible entry’s, nice pool and tennis courts with restroom that are handicap accessible. Community is well kept with plenty of nice homes and residents. Landscaping is well kept and management cares about the look of the property. This property is gated and secure with a very easy to use call box. The people here are super friendly and nice and the couple of kids I encountered were very nice and respectful. Overall a great place in Martin County

It might be a nice place to visit but the rest is a nightmare. Went down to sell and pack up my Moms house. The treatment I received was terrible to say the least, as if they didn’t have anything better to do than be hateful. They seem to like to single out single women because I wasn’t the only one. A ignorant need for drama I guess. There are lots of community rules that favor some and not others. Buyer beware.
