Customer service here is amongst the best I've ever received at any shop (not just board shops) The staff here is knowledgable, personable, and always extremely helpful. Service times for tune ups etc is always super fast. Huge selection of great gear and apparel that's hard to find elsewhere that definitely rivals or beats any of the huge chain stores. You won't be disappointed, and will keep going back after you go once.

The guy who helped me walked me through the whole process and recommended products based on what type of skating I was planning on doing. Best shop ever whether you're looking for Snowboard, Longboard, or Skate stuff. Employees are super knowledgeable and helpful! Justin spent the better part of an hour helping my wife and I as we shopped for her first snowboard. He explained everything in super easy to understand terms and we left with a board and a way better understanding of the equipment in general! Also there was no pressure at all! Shop local and you won't regret it!
