PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING CHAMPION WINDOWS To start, the high pressured sales strategy was horrible. Unfortunately they were one of the few companies to actually show up for an estimate, so we ended up giving the deposit to get the work done. The install team came about a month later and constantly smoked cigarettes as they worked around our open door frames as they installed the doors. They were not able to complete the job and knowingly left tools and hazardous materials in our living room without our consent. All this knowing that we had a toddler. They never did pull the required permit for doing the work. We had our front door and sliding glass door replaced. The doors were installed and then we had to wait 6 months to finally get the storm door and screen door installed. They did not tell us upfront that those items were not in stock. Over the following 6 months, we had a small list of shoddily work from the install that we needed fixed. Including matching front and back keys, which we told the sales person upfront was a must. They randomly called or showed up to "fix" these items causing us to miss work once or twice a month. After a year and a half of still not getting the items rectified, we reached out to come to a settlement and were ignored time after time. Instead of responding to the negotiations for a settlement, we received a notice by mail that they were planning to process a mechanics lein on our property and we had 7 days to pay. So, the high pressured sales tactics clearly extend to high pressured threats for payment on their unfinished work. Take the extra time to find a better company, you will dodge a massive bullet doing so.

Champion didn't pull permits, ghosted us for MONTHS, did a shoddy installation, and took two years to get paint (they have 6 colors) for the scratches...they also damaged our trim, and the doors are already falling apart. Go elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.

I have a sales consultant come out to my house and quote a price for a door replacement. I stated that I needed time to think it over and the consultant just would not take no for an answer. I had to leave in order to get the consultant to leave. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

This is our first time buying windows and Steve talked us through the whole process in great detail. He ran us through all the different options and made us have a great experience with Champion.
