This is such a cute little restaurant with some amazing bbq. It smelled divine as we walked in. The meats were so tender and mouth watering! We didn’t love the cornbread, but the baked beans were delicious as well. We will come back here every time we visit Bryce Canyon!!

Barbecue here is delicious!! Maybe it’s because we just finished hiking all day in Bryce Canyon and were quite hungry, but the bbq really is quite good. The sides are decent (except the mac and cheese - it’s a bit bland and runny). Also wasn’t a big fan of the peach cobbler - it’s a bit too cakey for my liking, but it’s a fun idea having it in a waffle cone. Service is relatively quick. Long line when we arrived and they got through it at a fine rate. Very popular place. Would go back for sure for the BBQ.

This is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, which is saying something because I have lived in Texas! The brisket was incredible and possibly my favorite brisket I’ve ever eaten. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun with nacho cheese sauce, which was also delicious. The pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. We also got a large peach cobbler, which was fantastic and I would definitely recommend getting it for dessert. We went around 8 PM in March, so still technically off season, and it was not super busy. The line did move a little slow but there were only 2 people in front of us so we didn’t mind. There was ample seating with big tables in 2 different rooms. We will absolutely come here again if we are in the area and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. The meal was so satisfying after a long day of hiking.

I'm excited because I get to leave a rave review for BBQ outside of the south. A self proclaimed Texas BBQ connoisseur, it's rare for me to find happiness in meat outside of my home state. I.d.k. keeps it simple... Brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. I had the pork and the brisket and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and juiciness of the meats. The brisket was Texas style, sliced in thick slabs. The pork was pulled per order and right in front of me. I was recommended the Mac and cheese which left me wanting more, however the potato salad wasn't bad. I think some improvements could be made to the side orders. All in all, well done!!! Now open one in Moab and kick that joke of a BBQ joint out of there for some of this real deal.

It does mean I don't know. My wife would always answer that when I asked her where she wanted to eat. I vowed one day to own a restaurant named I don't know so she couldn't answer that anymore.
