prices may be cheaper than care now but the whole clinic need to work on professionalism. I called and the phone rang so long i forgot who i was calling. I really forgot once one of the med assistants answered the phone saying " Hello" I asked , " Is this the Red Bird Minor Emergency Clinic"? The med assistant answered yes. I said i wouldn't known where i was calling because you're answering a business phone like you're at home. I spent most of my time waiting in one room and then another. The doctor wasn't too friendly either. No one seemed to have a welcoming disposition to be in the field of helping others. I guess a pay check is a pay check.

Make sure your emergency is MINOR cuss the wait is 4+ Hours EVERY TIME. Their nurses and doctor are great, but don’t bring up the time cuss they will transform and make sure you know it’s one person ahead (ALWAYS).
