This was my first time going here today and I must say that my experience was great. The staff members where pleasant and quite knowledgeable when it came to dental work. I highly recommend Mission East Dallas!!! 🙏

I can not say enough bad things about Mission East Dallas Dental Clinic. Let me get to the last visit I had there seven days ago. I was numbed and the amalgam was changed into composite that I had to pay for before the procedure. All numb, Breanna asked for 327 for the crown to be put on almost a month later. On October 17, 2022 at 12:30. I was hesitant and was trying to get out, we only have one car. And I had to get the car to my diabetic partner. I paid them a month ahead against my better judgment and then I ended up with pain on a tooth number 15 that did not have pain prior to the filling being changed. On Wednesday, September 21, 2022, Stephanie Melland DDS who did the filling said for I to go back and she will shave down the filling. Now that i want my money back on the crown, they are not scheduling to fix the pain they have caused and are not crediting my credit card the 327 dollars for the crown I no longer want put on. I no longer trust this business and their dental clinic manager this morning said that if I want my money back on the crown they have not done yet, I must sign a paper. That woman had not returned any of my calls previously. Altogether, don't walk out, run out of this place. They are not well. The receipts for the filling on number 15 has no description and for the crown it says D2392 Resin Compos - 2 surfaces posterior fee 289.00 paid 327.00 and then Breanna wrote under 327.00 for crown. They are criminals.

I am very impressed with this low-cost clinic and with the dentist, in particular. I don't have a lot of experience in dental chairs because I have had very good teeth my entire life. Now, however, I am 74 going on 75 years old and am in need of more regular cleanings. To reiterate, I am very impressed with the dentist and hygienists, and I know a good ones when I have them. The fact that the dentist is from England, where they have nationalized medicine and dental care, meant a lot to me. He explained that he is doing low-cost dental work because he believes that people should not have to be wealthy to get proper care. Yes, there is a lot of initial paperwork; however, it is well worth the time and effort. They are fairly far from my home but, again, it is worth everything you are required to do and the 50 min. drive! I highly recommend them.

So, what you saying is that the dentist is bad
Most insurances are accepted!
Yes
Just FYI you have to make an appointment and If you do or don't have insurance it's going to be $100 just for them to look inside your mouth and tell you what needs to be done and based off of that it depends how much it's going to be but just for one tooth for me was $50.
They go on a sliding scale. The best thing to do is go in and fill out the paper work.
I believe so
Yes. I had mine done there.
