I went into Target looking for some summer hot weather clothing and was shocked to see the absolutely horrid condition of the entire womens clothing section of the store. There were clothes all over the floor, many racks with clothes half on half off hangers, random pieces on racks in no order, clothes stacked and falling out of shopping carts, clothing on tables just thrown on unfolded and many random pieces. This is pathetic that they let us get to the point of looking like a second hand thrift store. Inexcusable

I needed to order something online at about 8:30pm on a Sunday and pick it up that night because I was just traveling through Joplin. I was wanting to use Affirm so I could not pay in store (this is why I needed to order online instead of just going to the store to buy the iPad). The pickup showed the next day even though the item was in stock. It was one item (a 9th Gen iPad). I called to explain my situation and ask if they could grab the iPad so I could pick it up that night and they refused. I explained the situation and the front of house lead just refused to do it. It would have literally taken 2-3 minutes. I ended up going to the store and buying the iPad anyways because it was for my wife, but I wasn’t able to use Affirm to pay for it. I was in and out quickly. It would have been so easy to just provide good customer service in this situation and instead I got the exact opposite. Terrible customer service!
