Hello! Last year our school hosted a craft and vendor show. We needed to submit our covid plans for approval before the event. Is this still the same and if so to whom do I need to submit our plans? Our event is scheduled for March 27th.

Taco Bell on 61 is giving raw chicken and saying it is cooked so if other get it they are going to get sick u need to go invtaget them and take care of it

If the birth certificate is for a person who was born in the State of Ohio, you can go to any health department, fill out an application and pay a fee. Typically it takes less than 15 minutes for the whole process.
