Just the right amount of band-aids and "there there"s also some pats on the back. Maybe a hug if it's safe. Then you'll be out the door and on your way home in no time. No tv in the room when I was there but that's ok. I wasn't there long anyway.

I’ve always had fantastic care at this urgent care. Today was another example of that. My 16 month old tested positive for Covid and her pediatrician denied us a visit due to her being Covid positive but my daughter was rapidly getting sicker. I called numerous other pediatricians and they couldn’t get her in the same day. I called MCH urgent care and the Dr took my call (that alone is huge) they allowed me to check her in via phone so I didn’t have to bring her into the waiting room. The Dr was kind and patient. Took her time and was extremely thorough with my daughter. The nurse was kind and compassionate with her as well. She explained what I should watch for and how to best care for her. I think this Dr missed her calling in peds because she was a blessing! Every time I’ve visited this office I’ve had great experiences. Thank you MCH urgent care for giving my daughter the best possible care. ♥️

We got to the ER at 6pm on a Wednesday and ended up leaving by 645. Had a wound care issues and they took care of everything. The staff was prompt and efficient. The doctor was so nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
