My .father Captian George Knuth flew for Pan Am from 1955-1968 when after running Out of fuel attempted to land on afield in Elcton, MD. All were killed after lightning Struck the plane. My father remained calm Despite the circumstances. May his memory be a blessing.

Questions & Answers

Do you have a cloak room for small item storage while visiting the museum?

There is a public access coat room - nothing specifically secure. You may ask at the ticket counter for a security person, perhaps they can assist you.

Have you considered acquiring the PAN AM 707 cabin used to film the series? The set is a very accurate replica of a 60’s Pan Am 707, complete with round aisle lighting. The cabin was used at Gold Coast Studios at Bethpage, Long Island.

Hello! We have not been contacted to purchase the cabin, nor know if it still exists. Many of the items featured in that moc (silverware, place settings, uniforms) are items currently on display at Pan Am Museum.
