Do not buy anything here and put it together. The gentleman sold my mom what was supposed to be an amazing stroller - the Graco Modes Nest - for $300. We put the stroller together (because it comes unassembled) and after seeing how much it shakes and how it actually tips the babies feet above the head when the baby is lying in it, we disassembled it and put it back in the box. On 9/19, less then 5 days after purchase, Buy Buy Baby said they would not take it back. Be aware that if you are buying something unassembled, the store will not take it back after you open it and assemble it (makes a ton of sense right?). Also, reviews of this stroller all say the same experience we had, but unfortunately the sales rep at Buy Buy Baby sold my mother (older woman) a dream about this stroller without us there.

My wife and I bought a crib and a dresser in late June. paid for express delivery and set up. pr baby was due Aug 8th. it is now Aug 17th. still neither are here. there customer service take over and hourbto get someone on phone. we have called 10 plus times amd everything the say a new deadline them do not show up. horrible at every angle of service and completion of sale.
