They hire the best of the best to give out tickets. I got an expired registration ticket when mine doesn't expire until November 2022. The court date is before the registration expires. Love wasting work hours to deal with an incorrect ticket. Work here if you are an absolute loser Just called the office and they have Queen of the Losers answering phone calls. I have never experienced such a miserable and rude existence of life. What a complete waste of time this is. 1 star is far too many for this operation. Low lifes

All of these negative comments have to be bc people didn't like the fact they had to go to court & likely paid a fine too. I paid a fine too. Honestly wasn't horrible at all. The surcharges are a pain but there's a simple solution: don't break the law!!

Yes. The Agency is also open on the second Wednesday of each month (and from February through June, on the third Wednesday also) from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm with Court appearances available from 6 pm to 7:15 pm.
Cheap way: start writing letters to the head office. Social media scares and make sure you get recording of their actions. Expensive way: start a compaign against them. Deep pockets and well connected friends can get them off their high horse.

Certain things you can have fixed. If you fix it quick enough, and get back to the court quick enough, you can get those tickets dismissed. I'd need to know more to give a more detailed answer.

You have to make an appointment for the date that appears in the ticket. And then they will set up the date for the trial.
They don't even know. I was told they'll get back to me, possibly next year, even.
I believe they will be no consequences, if was a trial before you were found guilty in absentia, but now I think that rule changed. If you missed the appearance date, try to go as soon as possible and you won't have any problem.
Depends a lot of your driving record, and the court. If you have a good driving record they may reduce the ticket to a 1152-c which is jaywalking and does not carry points but a fine usually 250 or so. If you have priors violation they may find you guilty to the charge and besides the fine you will have 2-3 points on your license.
Are you entering the ticket number correctly? Try by plate number. If you have the original ticket go down with proof that you corrected inspection and speak with a prosecutor. The may even reduce or dismiss the ticket. Nassausurecourt.com
You can mail the letter with the "not guilty "plea. The letter must be from your insurance company and must states that the vehicle was insure at the time of the stop.

There is not a max, but they may suspend your license or boot your vehicle depending the tickets you have.
