What a fun, quirky treat to experience. When we got here we parked our car and walked around looking at some of the best restored buildings and art scattered around the property. Loved the fountain titled "Plumbers Nightmare". Was a great way to get a little exercise after dinner and you can drive around also.

I found what I believe is a parking spot, then walked the Red Oak 2 loop. It took me about 20 minutes. I was stopping to take pics. The houses and signs are cool/beautiful. The road is a loose gravel which may be hard for wheelchairs. I was unsure if people are allowed to enter the houses, so I did not. This is a nice stop for a quick and scenic diversion.

An open air museum considered by some to be a ghost town. Enjoyed walking around and seeing what was there. Well kept, scenic, nostalgic.

This place is so neat. I loved being able to just explore the grounds at my own pace. Worth the stop for sure

You'll have a great time! Make sure to bring bag to pick up anything your pup leaves behind
Yes, it is. Kids should be supervised to prevent damage to yard art etc or injury to the child. My Grandsons love to visit Red Oak II. It is a wonderful place to take photographs too!!!
You can visit anytime I didn't even know about a cafe? Super cool place to check out though!
Yes. However, it is a rock drive so going can be rough.
You may drive through
At this time, dining is an option for groups by reservation on the adjacent properties of Old Time Reunion. Additional dining opportunities will be available for drop in traffic and families in the future.
Free to go browse around. Best to park and walk the area. Walk in and check out some of the buildings, like the church and general store. Neat place.

I'm not certain if the artist himself is on the web. You may need to visit him in person. This would be a great addition to his exhibit.
