Shine yoga has been my happy place throughout my pregnancy. I started coming here about halfway through my pregnancy. The teachers are informed and helpful, offering a lot of adjustments or suggestions for poses for people at all stages of their pregnancy. The studio is friendly, welcoming and each time I leave class I feel relaxed, and more importantly, my typical pregnancy pains are gone. My experience has been just for the maternity yoga, but I look forward to coming to the regular classes as well in the future. Highly recommend.

Shine Yoga is simply the best yoga studio in town. Having practiced yoga for over 16 years, I have been to most studios in Cincinnati. The current trend of big chain studios and watered-down yoga, honestly scares me. Now owned by Kate Noble, Shine is a beautiful space but is not about glitz, glam and current trends. I continue to take classes and workshops and recently completed a 200-hour teacher training at Shine. This training empowered me spiritually and transformed my life. Kate knows alignment like no one else and cares deeply about her students' safety while offering challenging classes regardless of your level. She is a patient and passionate teacher with rigorous standards, who infuses her teaching with a deep touch of spirituality. Shine is hands down the safest and best studio in the area while honoring the roots of this transforming practice.
