This was the absolute WORST hotel experience we ever had. Not only did my wife get bitten by bedbugs, but when they had to ship our luggage to us, the luggage STILL had bedbugs inside. Which means, they didn't even clean our things. No one from either La Quinta or Wyndham has contacted us about this situation. We've started an Instagram page that's geared towards sharing our horrible experience with everyone. Hopefully this will force them to be accountable for their actions, and to actually do something about their PEST PROBLEM. If you're looking for a Hotel to stay at for the weekend, or even for the night, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay at ANY Wyndham properties. La Quinta or any Wyndham properties, pass them up. And if you happen to stay at a property and a woman by the name of Liliana Lozada is the General Manager, I beg of you to PLEASE just leave. NOW.
