This was from 2016-2018. I moved here when Tiffany was the manager. She was nice and understanding for the first year or so, but after our cat damaged the blinds accidentally (it was a 25$ fix we paid for) she seemed to target us more and more for various things and threatening eviction. We kept offering to pay to replace whatever was the issue, but it wasn't good enough. I accidentally spilt some fruit punch on the carpet one day, tried to clean it up but didn't work, I let Tiffany know that I messed up and I was willing to pay to replace the carpet on my dime. But, like always, it wasn't good enough for her. She wrote my a letter stating if anything else gets messed up, we will be evicted. So I just broke the lease and moved out. They didn't even send me the 300 dollar bill for repairs, it just went to collections without notifying me! Was Tired of constantly feeling like I was going to get evicted even though I paid the rent 3 months in advance and kept the place in a livable state. I would not recommend this place. They expect the place to look like no one lives there.

Honestly wish I could give this place negative 1 star. The manager Mike is an absolute joke. When I moved he charged me for damages that were done to the apartment when I moved there, I had a clogged drain the entire time I was there. Fire alarm wasn’t even connected and my carpets were horrible stained and NEVER got fixed. Mike NEVER answered the phone he is beyond lazy. My apartment was disgusting and I complained for months and he never felt like doing anything about it. He’s told many lies to everyone who lives there he should be fired, that’s not a professional management.

Broke my foot, I let them know my payment would be late because of it. They said "you should have told us you broke your foot" and they evict me. Now I live in my car because I can't get another apartment because I got evicted. Thanks

Such a great place to call home! I love London Village. The upkeep is amazing, the units are updated and so clean! Also, for all the help from the property manager for all the questions I have throughout this process! So quick and very easy. She got us in very quickly and was always there with answers! Thank you and such an awesome place to be.
