Worst experience. Tech was fake friendly. Had me take top and bottoms off for neck mri because she didn't. know what what type of material my sweatpants wereπŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ. Man came after me for images below the waist and just was told to put on bottoms πŸ™„ I've had mri's before, but never with machine so loud your have to plug your ears (didn't help) sounded and felt like the machine was going to blow up. Was not a good experience at all. The place was so cold I waited in my car for my images.

I have had an MRI at this location before and it was a great experience! The technician let me know when each scan was starting and how long it would be. He periodically asked if I was okay. My scan today was the complete opposite and I am really unhappy with how I was treated. The two women who did my scan seemed to be in a hurry and never advised me when the scans were starting, duration of the scan, or anything. The one and ONLY time she asked me if I was okay was because I apparently moved too much and made the image blurry. Upon her asking, I said no and asked if I could come out as I needed to adjust. I told her as well as marked on the paper work that I have trigeminal neuralgia (extremely painful disease) and am in pain. Why even ask me to mark on the paperwork my pain areas if you're not going to acknowledge it?? Or even show the slightest bit of compassion? I was told that since we're in a middle of a scan I couldn't come out. Okay, fine, I can understand that. BUT when that scan was over she came in the room to inject my die for the next scan I STILL wasn't allowed to move. When I asked if I could move for a moment because my head felt like it was in a vise pressing against my trigeminal nerve, again marked on my paperwork, I was told "you already moved." I guess she was referring to the fact that I had moved and made the image blurry?? I asked again and she said "no, this won't take much longer" and walked out of the room. So I just laid there with tears coming out of my eyes as the next scan begin.Β When I explained it's an excruciating disease she said "I know, we were just looking into that." What?? Are you kidding me?? So either my paperwork was just now being reviewed half way through the scan or the technicians were googling my diagnosis while I laid there in agony. I don't know which. Telling the patient when the scan is going to start and the duration would really be helpful for the patient and allow them to ensure they are super still during this time especially. I was asked multiple times why I'm having another Brain MRI. (I have trigeminal neuralgia, as stated in my paperwork) The technician then stated "I guess your doctor must want to compare."Β  Almost as if I shouldn't be having another MRI. Why my physician ordered it again shouldn't matter. It was authorized by my insurance and you have an order from the doctor. After the scan I was also asked if I would be seeing my doctor soon. This made me feel extremely uneasy - all I could think about was maybe she saw something bad on the imaging. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I will never return to this location. However, I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice despite having to do many things she multi-tasked very well and remained pleasant. I plan to reach out to corporate regarding my experience but I wanted to write this review for others to know what could potentially be your experience.

Was told could get 5 percent discount to pay up front but when we got there it was the full $ 500.00. Still not a bad price.

I would like to know the status of my heart artheries. Is your scan a good mean to find out. ?
