Problems with the piece we ordered from Poliform and very poor response from customer service to resolve. EDIT: To follow up with your response, please let me know specifically whom I should speak with. I've already tried to address this with the Poliform team, and to be frank, they were completely unhelpful.

Questions & Answers

How do you keep it looking new? We had to remove them for construction and now they were put it again but they have white dusty looking patches and even a wet cloth doesn’t get rid of it.
