Great looking furniture and friendly staff but there's no way of knowing when you'll get what you purchased. We bought a sofa early this year and since then the date has been continuously pushed back without any clarity on when it will actually arrive. They can only tell you when to check back in which isn't very helpful.

Was initially very happy with my EQ3 couch. Anne Laurie was excellent in helping me choose my couch, place the order and assist with ensuring a timely delivery. Over time this couch has not held up shape very well and there is no inside case in the back cushions so the feathers come out pointy side first poking you. 5 star at first, 1 year later 3 star couch

Yes! In order to avoid the hassle of setting up your new furniture, we offer White Glove assembly service to most addresses. Simply choose this option at checkout either in-store or online and, for a small additional charge, we will deliver your furniture, set it up in your home, and remove all packaging. Please note that White Glove delivery is not available for the installation of pendant lighting, hanging art, mirrors, clocks, shelving, or shelving units affixed to walls. Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
