Horrible business practice being conducted by this office. I called for an appointment, was given something a few week out. I asked for a call if anybody else cancelled and was told they do not do that but for me to call. So now, I have to call every day to see if there was a cancellation. In this day and age, why can't they just call me to get me in sooner?

I found Dr Park to be a wonderful clinician. He was so gentle, soft spoken and really put me at ease when I came to him with my bad ear infection and sinus infection that I had been suffering from for months. I had been to a previous ENT who did nothing for me and Dr Park put me on the right meds and talked me through everything with care and patience. I really appreciated the softness in his demeanor and the way he explained everything. He was very kind and I would recommend him very much. His office is also beautiful, spotless and spacious and the wait time isn't bad at all. Receptionists are very helpful, very on the ball. :)

Dr. Park has an amazing bedside manner. He explains things clearly and gives you options for you care. He did my son's septoplasty in 2019 and my son couldn't be happier, his breathing problem was resolved and his nose looks beautiful. I am so happy we came to him. The staff has never been rude to me, If they were, I would certainly mention it to the doctor. I saw a post about the front desk and I would not miss out on seeing a great and knowledgeable doctor because of a receptionist. My family and I still come to him, it's hard to find doctors like him now at days.

Dr. Park has great bedside manner and never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. He is skilled, thorough and straight forward. I agree some of the office staff can give the wrong impression on the phones but in person I've never had an issue. I'm grateful to Dr. Park and his office for being so available and helpful to me. I have an ongoing condition that required many visits and surgery.
