Yes, the track is open to the public daily during regular park hours when the rangers lock/unlock it.

Not allowed. It is a county Park and Edison NJ rules prohibit any remote controlled aircraft/toys. Original name is something like Raritan valley arsenal county Park. I was approached by a ranger and warned.
