Food was good as usual, but took a little longer than expected to get started with drinks and orders but once that was done things moved along. The Chef was considerate to keep my veggies separate from the heat dishes.

The service was fabulous, I give our waitress and chef 5 stars, but overall I feel it was way overpriced for the portion sizes we are served on such items, i.e shrimp, scallops, calamari, etc. but then on my noodles they were piled on my plate over the top, like out of control noodles. That's why the 3 star rating. Now it also would get 5 stars because it was a once in a lifetime dinner outing with my 5 sisters our spouses and our parents something I don't think we've ever done, so that deserves 5 stars of is own. I hate to say it, but i doubt we'll return. Thank you though for a great( overpriced, expensive) night and memories of us all together.

Always an amazing meal, and a show. Even with our table mates, not being in as good of a mood as we were, the experience was great. Joseph our chef was funny, and our server Brian was attentive. Left with 2 collector mugs!

If I could I would rate this a ZERO or a Negative 2! NO Covid precautions or cleaning methods! We literally saw the Manager take a dirty cloth, wipe down where people just ate, threw the food on the floor, never picked it up. Then didn't use any cleaning products: No Clorox/Lysol nothing!! Then seated the next group, I almost threw up right then and there and immediately took out my sanitizer cleaned where we were sitting then put down napkins.. The service was absolutely horrible, they didn't come in time, or came way to late after the fact when you ordered something and it didn't come with the main meal - so what was the point? Then the "chef" was not trained all all, dropped his utensils, litreally spilled things on customers, and his uniform was dirty including his hat. My 14 year old said he was appalled at the overall experience! Telling me Mom tell everyone: don't ever go there. Save your $ and go anywhere else! Will attach a photo of the tepan table area I was speaking of. Now I just see the business reply which is nothing - just a fill out a form. Seriously this is how you care about your Customers! Again, a pathetic unprofessional response!

Kind of. If your kids are old enough to not cause a scene because they can't have macaroni & cheese with hot dogs then they are probably fine. If they will eat adult food without screaming i bet you'll be fine. :)
11:00 to 3:00. Except Sunday. Then it is 12:00 to 3:00
The sushi bar is downstairs and the grills ate upstairs. There is an elevator to get upstairs, they have certain tables for wheelchairs. Your best bet is to call ahead to make sure they have the table for you. So, semi wheelchair friendly.
They are cool just wear when entering and leaving .
Dinner starts at 3 p.m. And I think the birthday vouchers are only for mon.-thurs.
You need them really. 48 hours and you can usually get what you want
Parking garage closed early on Sunday when we went. There is free street parking close by though.
