We moved in several months ago with the help of Lauren P. in the main office who helped make our move very easy. She is our go to girl. Any slight maintenance issues have been corrected immediately by Charlie who was polite & friendly. Never had a parking issue, walk our pet daily & have met lovely people along the way. We are nestled in a comfy spot with a view of the pond & couldn’t be happier.

I have lived here for many years and the staff is a primary reason why. Today I contacted the office about a nest I saw in the outside dryer vent. Within an hour of my notifying the office, Oscar and Antonio were clearing and blowing out the vent. They spent an hour ensuring it was thoroughly clean; working on it from the outside and inside. Terrific teamwork from everyone.

We recently moved in and I had read a lot of negative things in the Facebook group. Our experience has been nothing but positive. I have had two maintenance requests that were handled promptly with polite, friendly staff members! (Big shout outs to Elias & Charlie!) Also, Lauren Perri, in the office, has accommodated us at every turn with a smile!

Considering the zip code the surrounding areas for shopping are very nice and I havnt had many bad run ins in my 5 year tenure here. It's also gated and tucked into the woods nicely . In the summer this place is like a vacation home! Love it here!
Most of the bedrooms have carpet, some appliances are updated... Before signing your lease, you could ask to view the style apartment that you interest in, we did that before signing...
