I was pushed into getting a dress that i wasnt so thrilled about, like they didnt want me to try others on, then was told they would not place the order right away because I was so far out from the wedding date. That they would wait a couple months. A week later I called to cancel and also indicated that the dress size seemed wrong, Patti refused to cancel, said they ordered that day, which is not what i was told and would not work with me. Now 2 weeks before the wedding I'm getting harassed that the dress is in.... amazing timing....and for payment and they called a 3rd party and disclosed information without authorization..

I watched my future daughter in law go from excitement to devastation throughout her dealing with the business. The seamstress was awful and tried to blame her size being too small on her second rate sewing abilities. The workers altered the truth to try and cover up things like a supposed “missing dress” on the day we were scheduled to pick up dress. Now we are on a mad rush search to try and fix the dress they ruined two weeks out from the wedding. I can’t stress enough to people “DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE “

Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. My daughter is getting married Dec 2022. We went in July 2021 to paradise bridal. She found the gown she wanted. Consultant told us it would be in the end of June 2022. I explained to the consultant that she lives in NC , works for a school and cannot just run up here. She said we ordered in plenty of time and still said end of June. My daughter called Jan 2022 to check and spoke to the manager Patty, was now told end of July. Called end of may or beginning of June just to confirm and Patty told her October because her wedding is December. I then called and spoke to Patty who explained that because it’s a Dec wedding no good seem-stress will alter any earlier then Oct. I explained -it was not to have the dress altered now. It was so my daughter could bring it home with her. We were told the gown would be in end of July so we planned her bridal shower for end of July so she could also pick up her gown and bring it home with her. Not to have it altered so early. Patty was extremely nasty and rude. Proceeded to talk over me and then say if I didn’t stop yelling she would terminate the call. I wasn’t yelling, just trying to explain but she would not stop talking over me. Patty said she would contact the designer and see if it can be shipped earlier and that she would call me back. Surprise…I had to call her. She put me on hold so she could go to her office. I was on hold for no longer than a minute. She said the dress would be in middle of August. When I asked her how come she didn’t call me back she said she called the designer while I was on hold and they just told her august. I explained there was no possible way she called the designer, gave them my daughters info, they look it up and tell her August all in less that a minute. She new before I even called when the gown would be in. I asked if they could now ship the dress to my daughter and she said they would but they would charge me for it. She does not feel they did anything wrong. I think providing incorrect dates on numerous occasions is wrong. Especially when the bride lives 12 hours away. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. I have never met such a rude, disrespectful manager who does not care about customer service. We finally got the gown 8/22/22 and I now have to pay even more to have my daughters gown shipped to her because they, on numerous occasions, have lied about when the gown would be in.

I went in looking for a dress about a month and half before my wedding. Unfortunately due to living far and health problems I wasn’t able to purchase my dress sooner. As soon as me and my mom walked in, I was not welcomed kindly and they didn’t want to work with me. It was not a private thing where I can talk to an associate about why I was getting a dress last minute. They talked to me rudely in front of a girl and her family getting a dress. It was to the point where I didn’t want to explain myself and just left. My mom went back in and told them about how rude they were. Not a good experience at all.
