Yes..be there in the morning by 9:00 am to be sure you get seen. Bring your valid drivers license & have a copy of the front & back of your license. Photo is extra $$. Only use BLACK pen on ur application. Bring your original birth certificate w the raised seal on it. No copies accepted. No walk-ins after 12:00 pm.
