front desk was great; ipad check in process was long and truly unhelpful. Dr. Smouha was okay in a medical capacity, however he definitely had no beside manners. i expected at least a normal doctor based on all the good reviews. definitely will not come back; there’s many ent spots that do not have these issues.

I had a sad experience. I took my dad over there he was told that he had to wait for his next appointment between 2 to 5 days 😒 no one called us. I tried to get back to them, nobody had his info on file. I left a message for the doctor, nobody got back to us until today. They treat you nicely but the way they handle this kind of issues it's very unprofessional.
