I recommend going for a self-guided tour. Even though it is a little bit pricy, you will have a more comprehensive experience at your own pace. No drinks or food is allowed on the shuffle, so try to finish up your coffees earlier. The only thing that I can think of that they could have approved is it'd be helpful if the guide at each building can give a rough direction to the next stop.

Only one complete one. The others usually have a partial exterior wall. Its not an easy design and usually only works as a studio layout (which fit his lifestyle)
Yes, $25 ticket for 1 hour tour
There are municipal parking lots within walking distance. There are also some parking spots in the commuter parking lot across the street.
