Called and scheduled They were very Courteous and helpful. I had other times where they didn't answer the phone I would leave a message and they came to my residents and filled our tanks.

They are the worst. Pre-paid for a delivery a week before the storm hit and they never came. We have been empty for several days now and no calls to local or to UPG Customer Service have been returned, no emails have been answered. We just need our gas delivered and they flat out took our money then abanoded us and our house to freeze. All we want is what we already paid for to be delivered.

I've been buying gas from this company for 20 years but the office help is by far the worst business I've ever dealt with. So bad in fact ill be buying my gas somewhere else this year. Don't waste your time calling them because the lady in the office answers the phone about half the time , won't return calls and keeps your account screwed up constantly!

We have had service with them for over a year now and I'm confused about how a company can continue to be in service when they won't answer their phones(especially during the coldest months when propane is needed) and they won't return phone calls! We are down to17% on our tank and my husband is actually driving to their office from Woodlawn since they won't answer their phones, in hopes of getting service before we run completely out in the10°weather.
