Recently moved to the Emmett area. Previous house owners had longs and i decided to stick with them. They had about the best price in the area. Upon moving in i asked that the tank be replaced and re-leveled since the tank was from 1984 and appeared to need to be updated. Took about 2 weeks which i thought was quick. Unfortunately they forgot to call and tell me what day it was happening so i could be home but i had a relative go to the house and they installed the new tank right then. I believe it is Mary Beth who I spoke with on the phone, very polite and courteous and very appreciative of my business. So far it has been a good experience. Update It's been about 5-6 months now having longs propane service and i have to say its been very good so far. They come and fill up my tank before it gets down to 20% which is very god especially with the cold winter we have had so far. No problems at all with this service so far.
