First time to Merc’s and can say I’m beyond impressed. The hit the nail on the head with BOTH pizza and wings. 💯. - The wings are perfectly cooked and are both juicy and finished to perfection with a dry rub. ( the Nashville Hot is wicked good and the way to go if you’re wanting spicy wings) -The Pizza crust is soft and chewy, and baked to wood fire perfection on the top. Sauce is balanced well with a classic tomato almost buttery flavor, and Not overly full of spices nor is it acidic-which means you will enjoy your topping flavors without an overly zesty sauce overtaking everything (we had the New Yorker) I can’t wait to come again 10/10 will smash again 🔥 🔥

Very tasty pizza with both unique combinations and build your own. We especially like the Dill Pickle Pizza and we ask them to drizzle their Thai chili sauce on pepperoni pizza. Online ordering is easy and our order is always ready on time. The pick up window is really convenient. This summer we're looking forward to using their outdoor dining area.

Ordered some wings and pepperoni pizza for pickup. Over the weekend. It was a 50 min wait and was told I would receive a text when food was done. I received no text messages. I drove there since it's a block away. The food was done. Took the food home and it was completely cold. Some of the wings were completely burnt and the pizza crust was burnt and dried out. I called the next day since they were pretty busy. I explained the situation to one of the servers and they said they would have a manager call me back. Since she couldn't perform the transaction from the next day. It's been day 3 now and still no call back. $32 down the drain.
