Great grassy campground. Host very helpful and friendly. The people we met while there over night were friendly and thoughtful.

My wife and I, along with our two schnoodles, stayed at Hidden Meadows for over two weeks while she was receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic. This is hands down the best RV park we have ever visited. The owners and camp hosts were amazing, the park is beautiful and very well maintained. It was fun walking the short distance to the river. We arrived fairly late in the afternoon after a hard drive day. Tanner escorted us to our site and made certain everything was satisfactory. He was very personable, and took time to answer our questions. We never felt rushed. The office stocks T-shirts, candy, ice and ice cream along with other items. I did a good job of making the ice cream freezer lighter. There was a craft show one weekend, and there were food trucks that visited also. We utilized the two washers and two dryers. The laundry room and the men's restroom were always clean. We didn't utilize the showers, but they were also very clean. The campground is very kid friendly and includes a playground, which saw quite a bit of use. The kids were also having a blast rolling down the hill. We would definitely stay here again. I am a long-time camper and have stayed in private parks, military parks, state parks and a variety of different rv resorts and campgrounds. Hidden Meadows is truly a great place to camp or spend time. We camped here in June of 2022 in our 5th wheel, and it was a very enjoyable time. The place filled up for the weekend but despite the number of people and children here enjoying themselves it was pleasantly quiet at nighttime. The check in was very smooth and the staff was super and guided us to our site. They made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are very well kept, as are the bathrooms and laundry. I would recommend this place highly if you are just passing through or would like a hidden gem for a vacation or just a weekend getaway.

We stayed two nights in May 2022. We're long time state park tent campers and this was our first RV park experience. It's a nice well maintained park with a friendly staff! The park was bought by new owners a couple years ago and the owners are super friendly. In my opinion great owners that are proud of their business make all the difference. They get all the little things right like delivering nice big bins of firewood for $8, and we kept having to order a couple more bins of wood because we were celebrating a birthday party and stayed up late with big fires! The owners were friendly every time and never complained that we kept asking for more deliveries. Even the grass is nice and they seem to mow it regularly. We had 5 kids with us ages 5-10 and there aren't a lot of the state park type hiking, kayaking, beaches, etc but they have a large field and a sand volleyball court so the kids played flashlight tag and other games. It's very family friendly and lots of signs asking people to drive 5 mph and good visibility on the roads so all the kids could ride their bikes around safely too. Our group of 3-5 camping families we plan to make it a regular stop on our annual schedule and can't wait to camp again in May 2023 if not sooner!
