Outstanding accommodations and great prices. Very attentive staff. We were in tents in their back camping grounds, only complaint was that all the trees weren't suitable to my hammock setup, but it was a nice trip and I'd go back!

The owner had covid and fully knew they had it or just passed it turns out they still had covid and did not have a mask on while interacting with us and the high risk elderly members of our group then a member of our group told them how irresponsible it was and no cursing or yelling nothing of that sort just told them it was inappropriate and another member posted a negative review like this one and in the middle of the day while we are on our RV's we are told that that member was evicted like totally kicked out so we had to cancel our 4th of July weekend halfway through because the owner couldn't handle being called out for being irresponsible and putting the elderly members of our group at risk

I lucked out and contacted West Forty at the right time to secure a monthly spot while I was working in Virginia. I reserved my spot online and my project got pushed back. I contacted Paul the owner and told him the situation and that I’d pay to hold my spot no matter how long the job got pushed back. He said that wasn’t necessary and worked with me. I stayed there almost 2 months and loved it! The weekends were full of trail riders camping there. It was a lot of fun to watch! I met some cool people and I can’t say enough about Paul and the beautiful surroundings!!

Gilbert, MN - West Forty RV Park We stayed here for 1 night in early August 2018. Small, laid back park with no rules. Many of the sites are pull through but not very level. The sites are tiered on a hill. We had FHU and an older picnic table. There was no wifi or cable and Verizon 4G was 2-3 bars. Leo, the owner was very nice. This is a cash or check only campground. There was quite a bit of truck noise through the night.
