Sad to have to write this but I’d be doing the next victim an injustice by not. I made my order last year and paid a heavy premium for what seemed like a custom pair of pants. They are very responsive when they take your order and full payment and not responsive when they miss the deadlines they gave, and then missed the ones they gave after missing and the responses range from radio silence to terse answers as though we the customer should know they don’t deliver on the commitments. So now you know. I asked for a refund after waiting over 8 months and I can’t even get a response. Avoid ordering anything that is not in stock. If you do order expect delays, lies, lip service and to loose your money and never get your denim. Maurice and his team put the “raw” in raw denim and not in a good way. Tons of ads in my timeline trying to lure other victims. This business behaves fraudulently so buyer beware. The only response they offered was a refund which hasn’t been done. No effort to right the wrong or any customer service. It will be a year soon. Save yourself a headache.

Please do not use this company. The first time I used them (two months ago)it took them an entire month to do a simple waist alteration job. After ignoring me for weeks, I finally received an update from their owner stating that because they moved to another location and someone quitting…they were behind. ( Not my problem) So I gave them a second chance and unfortunately they still don’t have it together. Their website clearly list the turnaround at 10-14 days. So because of my first experience with this business, I emailed them for an update after 13 business days…no answer. Last Friday I called requested that they return my denim. The guy I spoke to said he would call me back. Suddenly ( five mins after call)I get email confirmation that job was done….lmao Today I received nasty email from WGC advising me that I’m stressing them out and not to order alterations from them again. So unprofessional and arrogant. At this point do you really think I’d do business with you again? How is it appropriate to ignore your customers and not provide services within specified time period? Please also note the job was not finished properly…they took the waist in half an inch larger than requested!!!
