The place itself is nice however the track coach was extremely rude to my brother and would always pick on him. Felt like racism. Do not recommend this team of coach Stephan.

Going to Ocean Breeze during my high school track & field career felt like a honor considering I never went to New York ever in my life before going to this exceptional facility. Pros : Clean, Spacious, nice banked indoor track. Cons : Can get very crowded which leads to my fear of being claustrophobic. Food is on the expensive side. Overall, a nice place to workout and compete against the best of the best!

They do have outstanding trainers who conduct group classes. No individual training on equipment but staff is happy to show u how the machines work. Give it a try!
