Don't drink the water!!! Felt like a teenager living in my parents house and payed alot of money to do it. Don't use the power unless you want your rent to go up.

It's just off the Bear River, there is fishing, and boating, picnic areas, it's clean and quiet and the few people I've met were friendly.
