If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service and communication skills. Scheduled a covid test 3 1/2 weeks ago. Received test 1 week later the 13th. Called for results 3 days, then 5days, then 7 days later didn't get anywhere said it was taking long because of high numbers of test. Okk I understand finally get a call on the 24th. Test results have been in since the 17th they got missed placed, then the Dr. Starts mixing up dates of when I tested location of test when the results came in. I was worried they mixed up my charts. Well I asked for a copy and a letter for my work told me to come tuesday (today). I call the office as I'm pulling in and like always a 8 min hold till someone answers and asks you to hold some more so 13 min has gone by finally a human. Tell her I'm here to pickup results, give her my info.... hold somemore... .. .. . Cant find results doesn't know who I talked to hold some moree...... ok we found the results. Great and my letter from the Dr..... no letter... who said they were giving you letter... the Dr . 35 min Still sitting outside waiting for paper work in 80 ° weather. Horrible horrible service very unprofessional

This is the 4th time i have called on different days and over the phone. And it says there are closed. They open at 8am. It’s 8:33am. They still wont answer the phone. I have needed important information before i go to my appointment. Last time was the same thing. Called they never answered. Got to my appointment they said to come back another day and bring the information needed. I cant call during work and they are closed when i get out. Great inconvenience 😕
