The only saving grace of this building is the staff, being the super, front doormen and the porters. The team who was hired to build out the units did damage to marble tiles, floating wood shelving, cracked doors - the list goes on. Not only are you denied a second walk through opportunity before closing, when you bring the damage to the punch list team's attention to get things rectified that were blatantly damaged by the installation team themselves, they claim the owner did the damage and refuse to rectify. There is zero accountability on their part. Dishonest and deceitful. Every possible corner cut. The neighborhood is wonderful, but your money is much better spent elsewhere - somewhere where the punch list team is honest, owns up to fixing their mistakes. Don’t buy in a building where the builder/punch list team's sole goal is to deny all responsibility in fixing things that they, themselves, have damaged. There are some beautiful new buildings popping up in the neighborhood; I'd suggest taking a look at those instead of 98 Front. PS - the 5 star reviews on this building are from the sales people trying to sell the condos in the building - everyone who owns here regrets it.
