I worked for personal touch .I loved it so much I put my mother in the company..man I learned a lot..they are useless.the aides they send are not trained well enough for special care patients but they send them any way.in one week my poor mother had her door swinging to and frow with so many different people.i just stop answering the door.and they have the nurve to get up set.wish I never put her there.

I just learned of some horrific news. My parents were using Personal Touch. One of the aides kicked my cat. Yes, exactly that. NOT an accident either! My cat died the next day. I just found all of this out. Obviously there is nothing that can be done.

My parents have been under Personal Touch Home for almost 8 months. My father was receiving wound care treatment from the visiting nurse - Angelina. Angelina is very professional, attending, knowledgeable and courteous person. She is always available on the phone and responds to our calls promptly. Angelina works with the team of doctors, updates them with progress of treatment and makes sure that my father gets all necessary medicine, supplies, and therapies. Both of my parents also get physical therapy services from PT Mark Blatteis. Mark started visiting my father when he was a bed-ridden and under his professional care my father gained his strength and began to walk! Mark was our first choice when my mother was in need of PT. We are very grateful for services my parents have received from Personal Touch Home Care. Thank you!
