The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the room was in really good condition. There were two problems I experienced that lowered my rating. First, the hotel business center was out of service for the entirety of my stay. Not a big deal since I had my own laptop, but inconvenient for anyone who needed to print. The bigger issue was the fact that the hotel charged me for an amount that was supposed to be a credit. The fact that the charge occurred isn't necessarily a problem. The fact that WEEKS LATER the charge hasn't been corrected is definitely a problem. The bigger problem is that the hotel has yet to address the problem after being given ample time to resolve the issue. Update: The billing error was corrected after I disputed the charge through my credit card.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Our waitress at dinner Brittany was awesome ,she was very personable and outgoing . We had blackened red fish, gumbo and fried green tomatoes that was Very good. My only critique would be that the breakfast here is just like any other hotel, cheap generic hot breakfast. Only difference is they charge you $13 a plate, where other hotels give it to you. Over all a great experience and I would stay here again.

Everything was amazing. Very clean room, white towels, bed comfortable and very friendly staff. Housekeepers guided us to the beach. My child slept so good in the bed and on the comfortable pillows. And to add on we forgot our iron at home and it was a nice clean iron in the room with a clean ironing board.

9pm last night someone opens our room door with a key. Luckily the security latch catches and keeps door from opening. I told her to leave as I pushed the door closed. She says she's from housekeeping and need to check to see if something was left in a drawer. I call the manager and he says previous guest called and the front desk person told the housekeeper to go check. Manager says, "They didn't know anyone was in the room." The front desk that assigned my room? Then he said that I didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Place blame on me? No sign on door gives hotel staff right to enter your room at any time? Ridiculous. Do not stay here if want a secure room.
