If I could give them zero stars I would.These people are the absolute worst when it comes to timing! Every appointment I schedule I sit the for more than 2 hours waiting to get called in! Why is my appointment at 8 and I’m not served until 11 make it make sense !!! It’s ridiculous

I came only for a covid test and there was a lady at the front desk being so nasty and rude to everyone coming in. They had an issue with the printer and she said they can't email anything either. One person asked if we could take a picture at their computer screen and she said no. It just seemed that they didn't want to work because everyone left and I heard the maching printinting stuff. And they made me wait like 20 minutes to get me tested. I have to go back tomorrow to get my results. Hopefully they "fixed" their printer.

the front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. she was on a personal phone call the entire time i was trying to schedule an appointment and she was making snide remarks about me to whoever she was on the call with right in front of me. The medical services provided here aren’t bad but the front desk staff make it difficult to want to come here. seeking medical attention is already difficult enough for many in our community and it shouldn’t be made harder.
