If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a large pizza and garlic knots on 7/4 at 5:37 pm. Pizza shows up at 6:47pm. The lady steps out and says she's with Door Dash. She doesn't have the items in any bag just from the car seat to me. The pizza is cold. She states it was ready at 6:06 but didn't received a message till 6:30. I called Papa John's and the lady that answered said I could reorder but it would be an hour and a half till they could get me a new one. Of course I'm not gonna order again. So people stay away. Get your pizza elsewhere or just do carry out.

Two pizzas that according to their app, were going to take 35 mins, took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get made. Brought this to the attention of the Papa John's Director of Operations , Brian Grover, and he replied with a FREE BREAD code on my next order...

I am not impressed with the size of the pizza. I had to feed 4 kids and an adult with an XL pizza. I was thinking that we were going to get something really large since it’s a Shaq inspired pizza. For future reference just stick to your usual order you will be more satisfied with that overall compared to this pizza. Not worth the hype. I have 3 stars because they delivered faster than the time than the computer said they would.

I’ve always preferred Dominos but my family often goes for Papa Johns until moving to crestview. This location seems to make several mistakes. Delivery staff has always been here on a timely manner with a friendly approach but the pizza itself has arrived cold, incorrectly made, and this time.... burnt. Not just burnt, cut incorrectly and tasteless. I have a house full of sick loved ones, including myself... the request was pizza. I of course was open to not cooking and doing dishes. My daughter refuses to eat it. 😒😒😒 This was supposed to help me with their irritability. I think this will be our last attempt with this Papa Johns.
